Jacob Lanoue
Camp Director
Jacob is well experienced in what makes Units and Scouts go!
This will be Jacob’s fifth year as Camp Director. Previously, he served as our Program Director at Hinds. Jacob is York District’s Activity Chair, an assistant Scoutmaster and a Venturing Crew Advisor. One our council’s best activity planners, Jacob is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow.
Jacob is a graduate of Scouting America’s National Camping School (NCS) in both Program and Camp Director, and has been an NCS staffer as Section Director for both the Camp Director and Program Director sections.
If you have any free time during your week at camp, Jacob would love to play a game of cribbage!

Anna Gervais
Program Director
Anna is excited to be returning to Camp Hinds as program director.
This will be Anna’s fourth year as Program Director. She spent five previous summers at camp as office manager, dining hall steward, and Polaris (new camper program) director. Anna is a graduate of Scouting America’s National Camping School (NCS) in Outdoor Skills and First Year Camper programs and spent years as a NCS faculty member. She is a recipient of the Venturing Silver Award.
In the “off season,” Anna is a teacher and can be found skiing, hiking, camping, and adventuring with family and friends.
Favorite Hinds memory: Learning to small boat sail, staff sing, and so many more!
